Wind of Change

I created this work to play around using different materials such as charcoal and paint. I enjoyed making this work as it created questions. The wind of change represents the Nigerian Independence Day in 1960. It is significant because during the ceremony in 1960 as the UK flag was going down the Nigerian flag was going up to receive their independence.
